How much is it to rent the studio?

Rentals start at $50 per hour.

What is included in the rental fee?

With our rental fee you get access to the studio, lighting, seamless backdrops, hair and makeup area, and one of our staff members will be on site to answer any questions that you might have.

What types of equipment are available for use?

We have strobes, softboxes, reflectors, continuous lights, tripods, light stands, modifiers. Chances are if you’ve seen it, we have it.

Do I need to bring my own camera?

Yes, you will need to bring your own camera.

Can I tour the studio before booking?

Absolutely. Give us a shout and we’ll be happy to coordinate a tour for you.

Is the space suitable for video production?

Yes, however we don’t have any sound proofing and we are located downtown but with mics the background noise is usually minimal.

Can I bring my own props and furniture?

Absolutely, bring as many props as you like just keep in mind that set up and tear down time is included in your rental time.

What is your cancellation policy?

There are no refunds for canceled appointments but we’re happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 notice before your appointment.

Is there parking available?

Yes, There are 2 paid parking lots on either side of the building. There is also metered parking on the street that the building sits on.

Are food and drinks allowed in the studio?

Yes, you can bring in food and drink just be sure to dispose of all trash upon exiting or you will be charged a cleaning fee.

Do you have Wi-Fi access?

Yes, we have Wi-Fi.

Can I host events in the studio?

No, we only allow photography, videography, and content creation in the studio.

Can I play music during my session?

Yes, we welcome music during your session but we ask that you keep it at a respectable level as there are other artists in the building / shoots in session.

Can I use confetti during my session?

No, the use of confetti is prohibited and will result in a cleaning fee.

Can I come in before my session to set up?

No, set up and tear down time is included within you session so if you need extra time for set up and tear down we recommend that you book and extra hour to cover yourself.

Can I cut the seamless paper?

No, cutting the seamless paper will result in a charge of $5 per foot of paper cut.

Can I use my own equipment?

Yes, while we do offer equipment with your rental if you feel more comfortable using your own lights or modifiers go for it.

I drove by and the building looks abandon is this a scam?

No, we’re not catfishing you. We’re located on the second floor of the building so you’re unable to see us from the street.

I have to load in gear do you have an elevator?

Yes, we have a small freight elevator that you can use to get your gear upstairs.
